Product range : The product line which consists of both casual wear and regulars are exclusively designed by its special designers, making sure that none of the designs are repeated. The casual line is really cool made out of pure cottons, plus cotton blends (with different yarns) giving right finish and fall. At present the production hovers around 2500 pieces per day, and is expected to rise. |
The company has complete sampling, cutting, sewing and finishing divisions with imported sewing and finishing machines, comprising of single needle lock stitch, Thread Lock, Flat lock with attachment, Button set. This is apart from finishing floor with facilities of steam pressing and other equipment. |
Quality Assurance and Packaging of Goods: The company has an effective quality control system. Each department has its own quality personnel who are involved at all stages of production and also the fabric quality control is being done even at process houses. All items are individually packed in polythene bags. These are then packed in cardboard boxes, which are then packed in reinforced sturdy cartons and sealed. |
